Win365 Account Verification
Win365 asks for KYC verification before a withdrawal is processed. The check also starts when account data does not match the payment details, when a player reaches the operatorβs verification threshold, or when the site requests extra checks under its compliance rules. The process covers identity, address, and payment method confirmation.
- Identity (ID/Passport): Win365 requires a clear photo or scan of a valid passport or national ID. The document must show the full name, date of birth, expiry date, and a visible document number.
- Address proof: The operator accepts a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter. The document must match the registration address and is usually dated within the last 3 months.
- Payment method: Win365 may ask for a photo of the bank card or another payment method used on the account. For a card, the front side is needed with the middle digits hidden and the CVV covered. If the payment method is an e-wallet or bank transfer, the player may need to provide proof of ownership for that account.
Win365 usually completes standard verification within 24 to 48 hours after the documents are uploaded in readable form. If the files are unclear, expired, or do not match the account details, the review takes longer until the missing information is sent.
